How long is the delivery time?
Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days from the time your order has been shipped.

How do I make a return?
Returns must be requested via our website. We do not provide a return shipping label, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. You may choose any carrier to return the item to the following address: Kämpevägen 5B, 151 51 Södertälje, Sweden.

(We recommend that you keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.)

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout. Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
